Bishop Wilton - 4th October 2009
Very rural setting. Starting from the village, then climbing a very steep hill and heading off across fields before returning down another very steep hill to the village. (Home Club - Pocklington R)
Drewton Woods, South Cave - 8th November 2009
A mixture of woods and farm tracks which take in parts of the Wolds Way. Race starts and finishes along the lane which is on the right hand side of the road north of South Cave. (Home Clubs - Beverley AC & City of Hull)
Langdale End - 13th December 2009
This course is about 10 miles from Scarborough. The village of Langdale End is on the edge of the North York Moors. Usually considered a demanding course. (Home Club - Scarborough AC)
Thixendale - 3rd January 2010
This was a new course for 2007 starting from Thixendale village and taking in parts of Wolds Way. (Home Club - Driffield Str)
Welton - 14th February 2010
The course sets off along the end of the steep sided Welton Dale. The route then gently rises through the woods until it finally reappears in the fields and lanes above the village. Finally the route descends back through the woods to finish at Welton village. (Home Club - Goole Viking & Selby Striders)
The Ship Inn, Sewerby - 7th March 2010
Car Parking in pub car park The Start & Finish is behind Ship Inn, Sewerby on cliff top path. The course takes in the ancient land mark of Dane's Dyke then heads off across the fields to Flamborough and returns along the cliff-top path to Sewerby. (Home Club - Bridlington RR)
